As of Saturday, August 1st, WIBCA will host FREE outdoor Kick-Boxing & Self-Defense Workouts every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. RSVP via email (admin@wibca.webworldst.com) will be mandatory minimum 2 hours before each class as there will be restrictions with regards to the number of participants.
