As of Saturday, August 1st, WIBCA will host FREE outdoor Kick-Boxing & Self-Defense Workouts every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. RSVP via email (admin@wibca.webworldst.com) will be mandatory minimum 2 hours before each class as there will be restrictions with regards to the number of participants.
Our Youth/Mentoring group is open to all aged between 12 & 25 yrs. If you would like to meet our team of volunteers and/or enroll a youth in the program please fee free to join us noting social distancing and face masks will be required.
